Hi, I’m Holly!

Welcome to my little corner of the world, where creativity meets courage and even the broken pieces can become something beautiful.

I’m a mom of three, an artist, an educator, a lifelong learner, and the creative heart behind Hope Dezines Creations and The Art of Hope.

Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it has been a way to express myself when words weren’t enough. Other times, it has been a way to escape, heal, connect, or simply find a little joy in the middle of life’s chaos.

I’ve always loved creating things, whether that’s painting, sewing, designing educational resources, or helping children discover their own creativity.

But my life hasn’t always been filled with beautiful colors.

I’ve experienced childhood trauma, foster care, loss, motherhood, cancer, and more unexpected turns than I could have imagined. Those experiences have shaped who I am, but they aren’t the only things that define me.

I’m still learning, still growing, and still figuring things out. Some days are messy. Some days are beautiful. Most days are a little bit of both.

And that’s really what The Art of Hope is about.

It’s a place to share creativity, honest stories, motherhood, healing, and the beautifully imperfect pieces of life. I hope it’s a place where people feel welcome, understood, inspired, and reminded that their stories matter.

I don’t believe everything happens for a reason, or that every difficult experience needs a silver lining.

But I do believe that something beautiful can grow among the broken pieces.

I’m so glad you’re here.

With hope and a little paint on my hands,

Holly
